Actress Rupali Ganguly, who gained recognition for her parts in the films Anupama and Sarabhai vs. Sarabhai, formally joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Wednesday at the Delhi headquarters of the organisation.
Ganguly said she was excited to contribute to the party's development programme during a news conference. When it was revealed that Kangana Ranaut would be running for the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, it also went viral.
