JioPhonecall AI: Reliance Jio has launched a new AI powered service JioPhonecall AI for its users. Today, the 47th Annual General Meeting of Reliance Industries was held. In this meeting itself, the company has introduced this AI service for the users. JioPhonecall AI integrates AI in the daily phone calls for Jio users. According to Jio, with this feature, users will be able to record, transcribe calls and translate phone conversations. The company says that this new feature is part of Connected Intelligence. With this service, Jio users will be able to search, share and understand different languages with AI on phone calls.
How will JioPhonecall AI work?
- During the call, JioPhonecall AI number-1-800-732673 needs to be added. After the welcome message is heard, the call can be recorded and transcribed by pressing #1.
- During the call, JioPhonecall AI will listen to the conversation of two people and convert the spoken words into text. For transparency, the caller will be constantly informed that his call is being recorded.
- During the call, there will be a facility to stop transcription by pressing #2. Service can be resumed by pressing #1. AI phone call can be ended with #3.
- After the call is completed, JioPhonecall AI will save all the recordings, transcripts, summaries and translations on Jio Cloud. So that, users can access it safely.
JioPhonecall AI will work with various features while saving and managing phone calls.
Call recording and storage: JioPhonecall AI will automatically record and store phone calls in the Jio Cloud. From here, users will be able to access old call data.
Transcription: With JioPhonecall AI, voice can be converted to text in real time.
Call Summarize: The new AI service will help summarize long conversations.
Translation: JioPhonecall AI comes with multiple language support. Users will be able to translate different languages with the AI service.
