Bigg Boss OTT 3 wrapped up its thrilling run on August 2 with an electrifying grand finale. The showdown featured a tight contest between actress Sana Makbul and rapper Naved Shaikh, popularly known as Naezy. In a moment of high suspense, Bollywood icon Anil Kapoor announced Sana Makbul as the winner of the season. Her victory, supported by a strong fan base, brought her the coveted trophy and a cash prize of Rs 25 lakh.

The grand finale was a dazzling event, filled with stellar performances and touching moments. Contestants such as Armaan Malik, Payal Malik, and Ranvir Shorey reunited to celebrate the occasion. As Sana’s name was declared, the audience erupted in applause, celebrating her well-deserved win.

Throughout the season, Sana faced significant challenges, often being criticized by fellow contestants and viewers alike. Labels such as manipulative, egotistical, and selfish were frequently thrown her way. Despite being nominated for elimination almost every week and often painted as the ‘villain’ of the house, Sana persevered and secured her place in the finals.

One of the most dramatic moments of the season involved Sana making controversial comments about Ranvir Shorey’s personal life during a task. The contestants were split into two teams: Ranvir, Kritika, and Naezy on one side, and Sana, Sai, and Lovekesh on the other. The task required maintaining a smile while being provoked by the opposing team. Sana, in an attempt to provoke Ranvir, questioned him about his son’s age and whereabouts, implying that Ranvir was more interested in the prize money than the trophy. She pointedly remarked, 'How old is your son? 13, right? And he is in the US; why are you here then? You’re more interested in the Rs 25 lakh than the trophy, and you mentioned wanting to use the money for your son’s college, but 25 lakh isn’t enough for that.' This led to a heated exchange, with Ranvir allegedly responding with an obscene gesture.

Despite the controversies, Sana’s determination and strategic gameplay led her to victory. Her journey on Bigg Boss OTT 3 was marked by resilience and a knack for stirring drama, which kept viewers glued to their screens. The show also featured an eclectic mix of contestants, including Chandrika Dixit, Sai Ketan Rao, Armaan Malik, Kritika Malik, Payal Malik, Deepak Chaurasia, Sana Sultan, Vishal Pandey, Lovekesh Kataria, and Shivani Kumari, each adding their flavour to the season.

In the end, Sana Makbul’s win is a testament to her ability to navigate the complexities of the Bigg Boss house, securing her place as a memorable and controversial champion of the third season.
