Suryakumar Yadav injured: Team India's T20 captain Suryakumar Yadav has been injured before the Test series against Bangladesh. Surya got injured during the match in the Buchi Babu International Tournament, after which he had to leave the field. Surya, playing for Mumbai, got injured in the match against Tamil Nadu Cricket Association XI. Surya could stay on the field for only 38 balls in the match and after this, questions were also raised about his playing in the Duleep Trophy tournament.
Duleep Trophy is scheduled to begin from September 5, in which Surya is a part of the 'C' team. There is no information about how serious Surya's injury is, but if he is not available for the T20 series to be played between India and Bangladesh next month, then which player can be given the command of the team.
In the absence of Suryakumar Yadav in the T20 series to be played between India and Bangladesh, Team India's star wicketkeeper batsman Rishabh Pant is perfect to captain the team. If Surya is not fit for the T20 series against Bangladesh, then Pant can be given the command. Pant has captaincy experience. He captains the Delhi Capitals in the IPL and has captained the Indian T20 team five times in 2022, in which the team won 2 matches and lost two, while one match was drawn.

In such a situation, it is believed that if Surya is not fit for the T20 series to be played between India and Bangladesh, then he can be given the command of the team.
