Indian Premier League has established itself among the most competitive tournaments in the sports arena. It has impacted the cricket game to a great extent over the years. With the rise of IPL, the batsmen have found new ways of scoring runs which make the job of bowlers more difficult. Sometimes if a bowler is not having a great day, it can lead to him being too much expensive. It also depends if a set batsman is playing against a bowler which can prompt the particular batsman to go for the big shots. In this article, we will be discussing the 5 bowling performances in IPL where the bowlers conceded the most runs in an innings.
In the IPL game against Royal Challengers Bangalore, the SRH bowler Basil Thampi gave away 70 runs which is a record in this regard.
