Chennai Super Kings (CSK) have suffered a major blow in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 as their young wicketkeeper-batsman Vansh Bedi has been ruled out of the entire tournament due to a ligament tear in his left ankle. Chennai had called Urvil and Ayush Mhatre for trials in the middle of the season. Mhatre was also included in the team in place of captain Rituraj Gaikwad, but Urvil has got a place now. Urvil has previously been a part of the IPL team Gujarat Titans in 2023 as well. However, he did not get a chance to play a single match then.
