Kidambi Srikanth took the mixed pairs success ahead in the mens singles match with an easy 21-7, 21-12 defeat to Murad Ali.

The Indian players dominance continued in the womens singles match as well where two-time Olympic medalist PV Sindhu had no trouble defeating Mahur Shahzad in the womens singles match thereafter.

The Indian team defeated Pakistan by a margin of 5-0 in the match. The Pakistani team could not present any challenge to India and they failed to win a single game in any of the five matches. In the final match, Gayatri Gopichand-Trisha Jolly defeated the pair of Mahur Shahzad and Ghazala Siddiqui 21-4, 21-5.

The dominance of the Indian players continued in the womens singles match where two-time Olympic medalist PV Sindhu was then easily defeated by Mahur Shahzad in the womens singles match. The fourth match was mens doubles in which the pair of Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty defeated Murad Ali and Mohammad Irfan Sai Bhati 21-12, 21-9. In the womens doubles final, Indias Trisha Jolly and Gayatri Gopichand defeated Mahur Shahzad and Ghazala Siddiqui 21-4, 21-5.
