Today is the fourth day of the seven-day rituals before Pran Pratistha. The city of Ayodhya is ready to welcome its beloved Lord Shri Ram.
The 51-inch idol of Lord Rama is carved from 'Shyamal' (black) stone. It has been prepared by Mysore sculptor Arun Yogiraj. Yogiraj has depicted the Lord as a five-year-old child standing on a lotus. According to the information, due to the lotus and the halo, the weight of the idol is 150 kg, and its total height when measured from the ground is seven feet.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath visited Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple in Ayodhya and inspected the arrangements ahead of the Ram temple 'Pran Pratishtha' ceremony on January 22. The Chief Minister offered prayers at Hanumangarhi temple. Chief Minister Yogi met Jagadguru Rambhadracharya.
