The Indian cricket team has left for Sri Lanka. The players of the T20 series, including captain Suryakumar Yadav, have left for Sri Lanka under the leadership of new head coach Gautam Gambhir. The Indian team has to play a three-match T20 series and an equal number of ODI series in Sri Lanka. The first match of the T20 series between India and Sri Lanka will be played on 27 July in Pallekele. After this, the second T20 match will be played on 28 July and the third T20 match on 30 July. Both these matches will also be played in Pallekele. This series is Gautam Gambhir's first work as a head coach.
