This match between the two teams was to be played at the Old Trafford Stadium in Manchester. The third T20 match has been canceled due to rain.

Both the toss and the match were postponed after rain fell for several hours in Manchester on Sunday morning, leaving deep puddles on the pitch and the field being covered with covers.
The official cut-off time for the five-overs-per-side match, the minimum time needed for a decisive result, was 5:46 pm (1646 GMT). But rain again shortly before a planned pitch inspection forced the umpires to call off the match at 4:18 pm (1518 GMT).
With this the series ended in a 1-1 draw. After the T20 series, now the ODI series between England and Australia will start from 19 September. Both the teams have been announced for this series.
