Dhawal Kulkarni has a lot of experience of playing in the Indian Premier League as well. He has taken 86 wickets in 92 IPL matches at an economy of 8.31. Mohit Awasthi has done exceptionally well in Indian domestic cricket. He made his debut in 2021 and since then Mohit has taken 37 wickets in 13 first-class matches at an average of 27.59. In the List A format, he has taken 17 wickets in 12 matches at an economy of 5.50. Mohit is in very good form at the moment and Mumbai Indians can include him in their squad in the upcoming season. This young bowler will also be looking to do well in the IPL.

Surat-born left-arm fast bowler Arjan Nagwaswala is another player whom Mumbai Indians would consider using as a replacement for Jasprit Bumrah. The 25-year-old has been a part of the domestic setup since 2017/18, although he is yet to make his IPL debut. Nagwaswala has shown immense potential in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. He has taken 35 wickets in 25 matches at an average of 16.62, a strike rate of 14.7 and an economy rate of 6.78. He took seven wickets in five matches last season at an average of 18.14 while conceding only 6.35 runs per over.
