The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has released the annual contract list of players. This contract list is from October 2022 to September 2023. Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has got a big promotion.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has released the annual contract list of players of Team India for the 2022-23 season. Star all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has been promoted and now he has come in grade A+. And KL Rahul has been demoted from Grade A to Grade B. BCCI has given place to a total of 26 players in the contract list.
Captain Rohit Sharma, former captain Virat Kohli and fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah, facing injury, have retained their places in Grade A+. Now with the arrival of Ravindra Jadeja, the number of players included in this grade has increased to four. These four players will get Rs 7 crore from October 2022 to September 2023.

Like every time, the names of captain Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli and Jasprit Bumrah are included in the A+ category of BCCI's annual contract. But this time the entry of the new player has surprised everyone. Actually, that name is Indian all rounder Ravindra Jadeja. These players included in A+ will now get Rs 7 crore.

BCCI has included many Indian players in the A category. In which Hardik Pandya, Ravichandran Ashwin, Mohammed Shami, Pant, Akshar Patel are named. BCCI will give salary of Rs 5 crore annually to these players.

Apart from this, Shubman Gill, Cheteshwar Pujara, KL Rahul, Suryakumar Yadav, Mohammad Siraj, and Shreyas Iyer are emerging in the B category. KL Rahul has been demoted this year, these players will get Rs 3 crore annually.

The C category has forced everyone to be shocked. Why Ajinkya Rahane's name is not included in this. Umesh Yadav, Shikhar Dhawan, Shardul Thakur, Ishaan Kishan, Deepak Hooda, Yuzvendra Chahal, Kuldeep Yadav, Washington Sundar, Sanju Samson, Arshdeep Singh and KS Bharat are named in the C category.
