Jio Network Down: Jio service stopped, internet and calls are not working
Jio Network Issue: Reliance Jio services have once again come to a standstill in many parts of the country. It started today i.e. on 17th September from the country's financial capital Mumbai and now Jio is down in all the cities of the country. Earlier in May and June 2024 also, Jio services were stalled in Mumbai. Users are constantly complaining on social media about Jio being down, but no concrete solution and assurance has been received from the company yet.
Jio Network Issue Today in Mumbai: Users on social media claim that Jio services are down in entire Mumbai. There is a network problem for several hours. Many users have also complained about broadband service. Downdetector, which tracks the outage, has also confirmed the outage of Jio.
Jio Server Down all over India
According to the map of Downdetector, its effect is visible all over India. Cities like New Delhi, Lucknow, Nagpur, Cuttack, Hyderabad, Chennai, Patna, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Guwahati are down. Due to this, many people are getting Not Reachable information on making phone calls. In such a situation, many people are not able to communicate. Many people are also facing problems in using the internet.
More than 10 thousand people have complained on downdetector in just 1 hour. On this site, 67 percent people have complained about no signal, 20 percent about mobile internet and 14 percent about Jio fiber.
Why Jio Network is Not Working Today
This disruption has also affected Jio Air Fiber services. The reason for the network down is being said to be a fire incident in the IDC data center. However, the company has not issued any official statement about this outage or fire incident. Reliance Jio customers are facing widespread connectivity problems. Users are not able to use mobile internet and there is a problem of call drop.
According to Downdetector, 68% of users complained of mobile network problems, while 37% of users said that mobile internet was affected. Also, 14% of users are facing problems in JioFiber. So far Reliance Jio has not issued any official statement regarding this service disruption.
