Google introduced two new features: Google has introduced two new search features for its customers. The company has now made Circle to Search available on Pixel 8 Pixel 8 Pro and Samsung Galaxy S24 series, so that users can easily search that topic by highlighting or tapping the circle on the screen. Multisearch with Lens now brings AI-based insights beyond visual matches.

Google has millions of users in India as well as around the world, which keeps bringing new features to give better experience to its customers. Continuing this trend, Google has introduced some new features for its customers, which give users more options to search on their smartphones.

Let us tell you that the company has introduced two new methods which you can use to run the search. These new search features are based on generative AI and give you a better experience during the search. Here we are telling you about two methods, which will be helpful for you.

Search by circling or highlighting

  • As we know that earlier this month, Samsung launched the Galaxy S24 device, in which you will get to see the Circle to Search feature.
  • Now the company has also made this feature available for Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro smartphones. It is possible that this feature will soon become available for more devices.
  • In this feature, whatever thing or word you want to search about, you can easily search that area by circling, highlighting, scribbling or tapping.
  • Let us tell you that the Circle to Search feature is being launched globally on select premium Android smartphones on January 31, starting with Pixel 8, Pixel 8 Pro and the new Samsung Galaxy S24 series.

Use of AI in Multi Search

  • As we know that in 2022, Lens introduced MultiSearch, which allows users to search using both images and text.
  • When you use the Google app to ask questions through the camera or uploaded images, the advanced multisearch experience delivers AI-powered insights beyond visual matching.
  • It asks you short questions about that topic and gives AI based information.
  • This facility is now available in the U.S. Available in English, US Users outside the U.S. and those participating in the Search Generator Experience (SGE) can preview it in the Google app.
