In today's time, there is hardly anyone who has a TV and has not heard the name of Bigg Boss serial. This show is very popular especially among today's youth. Big Boss Show, started on the lines of American television show Big Brother Show, was started in India in the year 2006. The TRP of the show was good right from the beginning. So far 17 seasons of this show have been released. 1. Rahul Roy - Season 1 winner (2007)

Bigg Boss season 1 winner: The winner of the first season of the Bigg Boss reality show was Rahul Roy. He is a Bollywood actor, who is known for his film 'Aashiqui'. Let us tell you that on winning this show, he won the trophy of Bigg Boss winner season 1 as well as the prize money winning amount, which was a full 1 crore rupees.

In the first season which came in the year 2006 -2007, along with Rahul Roy, there were other popular members like Rakhi Sawant, Kashmera Shah and Carol Gracias. Out of which, the first runner up of season 1 along with Rahul Roy was Carol Gracias who was an Indian model by profession. Whereas the second runner up was the famous Bhojpuri actor Ravi Kishan, who is currently very active in politics as well. The first host to host season 1 was Arshad Warsi.

2. Ashutosh Kaushik - Season 2 winner (2008)

Bigg Boss season 2 winner: In 2008, Ashutosh Kaushik won the Big Boss Season 2. He got a prize money of Rs 1 crore and the Big Boss winner's trophy. For your information, let us tell you that he is also an actor whom you must have seen in films like 'Zila Ghaziabad' and 'Kismat Love Paisa Delhi'. People know him as the winner of MTV Hero Honda Roadies 5.0 in 2007. Currently, he is earning a lot by working as a content creator and YouTuber.

3. Vindu Dara Singh - Season 3 winner (2009)

Bigg Boss season 3 winner: Vindu Dara Singh was the winner of Big Boss Season 3. In the year 2009, as the winner of Big Boss Season 3, Vindu Dara Singh got the Big Boss trophy along with the winning amount of the show which is Rs 1 crore. Vindu Dara Singh is the son of Great Dara Singh. Amitabh Bachchan was the host of this season. Let us tell you that this was the shortest season, which ran for only 84 days. The reason behind this was the falling TRP of the show. Whereas according to the format of the show, a time period of 90 to 100 days was fixed. The first runner up of Season 3 was Pravesh Rana and the second runner up was Poonam Dhillon.

4. Shweta Tiwari - Season 4 winner (2010)

Bigg Boss season 4 winner: Shweta Tiwari, who became the first female contestant to win Bigg Boss Season 4, is one of the most popular faces of Indian TV industry. She gained popularity for her character Prerna Sharma in her popular serial Kasauti Zindagi Ki. Due to which she became the favourite of every household. Currently, Shweta is busy in various web series and television shows.

5. Juhi Parmar - Season 5 winner (2011)

Bigg Boss season 5 winner: Another popular face of the TV world, Juhi Parmar, who gained a lot of fame as Kumkum, became the winner of Bigg Boss Season 5. She was given a prize money of Rs 1 crore and the winner's trophy of Bigg Boss Season 5. Season 5 was hosted by Sanjay Dutt, who was its regular host. While Salman Khan also hosted some episodes. This season also had some other famous contestants like - Pooja Bedi, Mahek Chahal, Sunny Leone, Shonali Nagrani, Pooja Mishra etc.

6. Urvashi Dholakiya - Season 6 winner (2012)

Bigg Boss season 6 winner: Urvashi Dholakia's name is considered as the winner of Big Boss Season 6. After the last two seasons, Urvashi was the third contestant to win the Big Boss season. Urvashi made her mark as Komolika from the serial 'Kasauti Zindagi Ki'. This time it was hosted by Salman Khan in a different style, in which a total of 19 contestants participated. This season lasted for a total of 96 days. On winning this season, Urvashi Dholakia received the Big Boss winner's trophy along with a prize money of Rs 50 lakh. Apart from Urvashi, Imam (first runner up) and Sana (second) were the runners up.

7. Gauhar Khan - Season 7 winner (2013)

Bigg Boss season 7 winner: Women's dominance continued in season 7 as well and Gauhar Khan became its winner. For which she got a prize money of 50 lakh rupees and a trophy. Apart from this, Tanisha was the first runner up and Ejaz was the second runner up. By now Salman Khan had become its permanent host. Model and actress Gauhar Khan had become quite popular from the Khan Sisters show before Big Boss, after which she got recognition as the winner of Big Boss. Apart from Gauhar Khan, Tanisha Mukherjee, Armaan Malik, VJ Andy, Sangram Singh, Ali Abraham, Ejaz Khan were also in this season who got a lot of fame.

8. Gautam Gulati - Season 8 winner (2014)

Bigg Boss season 8 winner: Gautam Gulati was the winner of Big Boss Season 8 who got the prize money of 50 lakhs and the trophy. Starting from September 2014 and running till January 2015, this show was of total 105 days. Some changes were made in this season which brought good TRP. Many fun tasks were introduced in it. It was known as Halla Bol series/season.

The initial episodes of the season were hosted by Salman and the last few episodes, especially the one which was extended for the next 1 month, were hosted by Farah Khan. Its winner was Gautam while the runner up was Karishma Tanna, who gave a tough competition to Gautam throughout the season. Along with this, Upen Patel, Ali Quli Mirza, RJ Pritam, Puneet Essar etc. also performed well in this season.

9. Prince Narula - Season 9 winner (2015)

Bigg Boss season 9 winner: The winner of Big Boss season 9 was Prince Narula. He had earlier proved his mettle by winning shows like MTV's Splitsvilla and Roadies. Prince is also known as a TV actor and for other shows. Salman Khan hosted this show which started with 20 celebrities. Starting from October 2015, this show ran till January 2016 (105 days). Prince was given a sum of 50 lakhs and the Big Boss winner's trophy. Its runner-up was Rishabh Sinha who is a TV actor.

10. Manveer Gujjar - Season 10 winner (2016)

Bigg Boss season 10 winner: Big Boss introduced a new concept to make season 10 more entertaining and different than before. This time common people were also made a part of this show along with celebrities. And this time the winner was also from the common people. The winner of this season was Manveer Gujjar. He got the trophy and prize money of 50 lakh rupees. While the runner up of this show was celebrity Bani. This time a total of 18 contestants participated.

11. Shilpa Shinde - Season 11 winner (2017)

Bigg Boss season 11 winner: Bhabhiji Ghar Pe Hai' fame Shilpa Shinde became the winner of Big Boss season 11 in which she received the prize money of Rs 44 lakh along with the Big Boss winner's trophy. This season started with 19 participants and lasted for 105 days. Like before, Salman Khan hosted it and it started from October 2017 and lasted till January 2018. Hina Khan, Vikas, Priyank, Arshi, Hiten etc. were also a part of it, out of which Hina Khan gave a tough competition to Shilpa Shinde throughout the season and finally made her place as the runner up.

12. Dipika Kakar - Season 12 winner (2018)

Bigg Boss season 12 winner: Deepika Kakkar is the 5th female contestant to win Bigg Boss, who won the 12th season of Bigg Boss. Currently she is active on her YouTube channel with 1.5M followers. This season started with 20 contestants and lasted for 105 days. Known faces like Shri Sant, Karanvir Bohra, Romil Chaudhary, Surbhi Rana, Deepak Thakur etc. were also in this season. On winning this, Deepika got a prize money of Rs 30 lakh and a trophy. Also, the first runner up was Shri Sant. The format of this season was of Vichitra Jodi, which lasted for six weeks. After which all the couples got free and completed the rest of the game alone.

13. Siddharth Shukla - Season 13 winner (2019)

Bigg Boss season 13 winner: Bigg Boss Season 13 has been the most successful season in the journey of Bigg Boss so far. It is also known as the longest season so far, which started on 29 September 2019 and lasted for a full 140 days till 15 February 2020. Its TRP rating was the highest.

Out of the total participants, Siddharth Shukla emerged victorious and he got the trophy as well as 40 lakh rupees. In this season, Shahnaz Gill, Rashmi Desai, Asim Riaz, Arti Singh, Paras Chhabra, Mahira etc. were very strong participants. Especially Asim Riaz gave a good competition to Siddharth throughout the season. However, he remained runner up in the finale of the show.

14. Rubina Dilaik - Season 14 winner (2020)

Bigg Boss season 14 winner: Rubina Dilaik was the winner of Bigg Boss season 14 while Rahul Vaidya managed to make his place in the race of runner up. This season started in October 2020 and its grand finale was held in February 2021. In the initial phase, the TRP of the show did not increase much and there was nothing special in the entertainment level as well. After which Rakhi Sawant was entered as a wild card entry. And this not only increased the TRP but also increased the entertainment level of the show.

15. Tejasswi Prakash - Season 15 winner (2021)

Bigg Boss season 15 winner: Tejashwi Prakash became the winner of Bigg Boss season 15. While Prateek Sahajpal was the first runner up and Karan Kundrra made his place as the second runner up. This season started in October 2021 and the grand finale was organized in January. Let us tell you that this time this season was started on the jungle theme. Tejashwi completed this journey as the winner of this season with Rs 40 lakh and the Bigg Boss winner's trophy.

16. MC Stan - Season 16 winner (2022)

Bigg Boss season 16 winner: The winner of Bigg Boss 16 is MC Stan. There was a tough competition between Shiv Thackeray and MC Stan and later MC Stan emerged as a strong winner. Priyanka Chahar Chaudhary was the second runner-up in the show.

17. Munawar Farooqui - Season 17 winner (2023)

Bigg Boss season 17 winner: There were many ups and downs in Bigg Boss season 17. Munawar Farooqui emerged as the winner of the show. In an interview, he clearly said that the entire season was full of ups and downs.

18. Sana Makbul - OTT Season 3 winner (2024)

Bigg Boss OTT Season 3 winner: Bigg Boss OTT 3 is now over and this time Sana Makbul has won the trophy. Sana showed her great game to the fans by staying in the Bigg Boss house for one and a half months. She fought with some contestants and also made friends with some. However, she had faith in herself from day one that she would become the winner. Sana Makbul has also received a prize money of Rs 25 lakh along with the Bigg Boss OTT 3 trophy.
