Three teams will take part in the Malaysia T20I Tri-Nations Cup 2023 with each team part of the double round robin format.

The participating teams are hosts Malaysia, Hong Kong and Papua New Guinea.

All the six matches of the tournament will be played at the Bayuemas Oval Cricket Ground in Kuala Lumpur.
