IND vs NZ ODI Series: The Indian cricket team is currently on a tour of New Zealand. Following an exciting five-match T20 series, the two teams are set to begin a five-match ODI series starting on November 4. A major highlight of this series is that the iconic duo of Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli will be seen playing ODI cricket on New Zealand soil after a long time.
However, just before the start of the series, significant news has emerged from the Indian camp. Fast bowler Prasidh Krishna has been ruled out of the opening ODI matches due to an injury, prompting the Indian selectors to announce a replacement.

On October 31, the BCCI officially announced that fast bowler Prasidh Krishna has not fully recovered from his injury. As a result, he will be unable to play in the opening matches of the ODI series against New Zealand.
Following Prasidh Krishna's withdrawal, fast bowler Aaqib Nabi has been added to the Indian squad for the first three ODI matches. It should be noted that Nabi was initially selected only for the final two ODIs; however, with Prasidh Krishna failing to recover in time, Nabi will now be available for selection for the entire 5-match ODI series.
