Rashid Khan Ruled Out: A three-match T20 series will be played between India and Afghanistan from January 11. Afghanistan has suffered a big setback just before this series. According to a news from News18, Afghanistan captain Ibrahim Zadran said that Rashid is out of the series. They don't fit perfectly. Rashid is currently undergoing rehab. Afghanistan captain Zadran says that apart from Rashid, there are only a few players in the team who can be trusted.
Afghanistan did not make Rashid the captain when it announced the team for the T20 series. The management already had doubts about this. Afghanistan has included Noor Ahmed, Naveen-ul-Haq, Farid Ahmed Malik, Fazalhaq Farooqui, Mujeeb-ur-Rehman and Mohammad Salim in the bowling attack. Mujeeb has bowled well on many occasions. It is noteworthy that the first match of the T20 series between India and Afghanistan will be played in Mohali. This match will be held on 11 January. After this the match will be played in Indore on 14 January. The last match of this series will be held in Bangalore on 17 January. India has made Rohit Sharma the captain for this series. Along with Rohit, Virat Kohli is also a part of Team India. Rinku Singh, Shivam Dubey and Washington Sundar have also got a place in the team.
