Multan Sultans had an easy time chasing the target even though they lost Dawid Malan for a duck, clean bowled by Naseem Shah. But their captain Mohammad Rizwan made a crucial partnership with Reeza Hendricks and added 71 runs for the second wicket. The former player scored 43 runs before being dismissed but Hendricks stood firm and scored 58 runs to take his team closer to the finishing line.
Multan Sultans chased down the target of 145 runs in the final over of the innings with five wickets remaining to register their second consecutive win of the ongoing PSL season.
