After a long wait of eight years, the wait for the ICC Champions Trophy is over and it will be organized once again. The Champions Trophy was last played in 2017. Now in 2025, Pakistan is hosting the ICC Champions Trophy. Its first match will start from February 19, in which Pakistan and New Zealand will clash.

Eight teams will play 15 matches in 19 days in the tournament. There are only a few days left for the tournament to officially start and the deadline for all teams to submit the provisional team list to the ICC is getting closer. So far only four teams have officially announced their teams. These include England, New Zealand, Afghanistan and Bangladesh. The last deadline to submit the team list to the ICC is February 13.
