Former Indian and Chennai Super Kings captain MS Dhoni has played the most 212 matches as a captain and won 124 matches with a win percentage of 58.76. Under the captaincy of Dhoni, CSK has worn the crown four times (2010,2011, 2018 and 2021). CSK has played 12 play-offs on the basis of the excellent captaincy of MS Dhoni.
