The OnePlus 12 with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 is now available in China
The much-awaited OnePlus 12 5G flagship has finally arrived in China! Home of the tech behemoth OnePlus, the smartphone is jam-packed with cutting-edge technologies. It boasts a powerful 5,400mAh battery that supports quick 100W charging, a gorgeous 2K AMOLED LTPO screen, and Qualcomm's Snapdragon Gen 3 CPU.
In China, the smartphone with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage is now available for pre-order. The colour options include Iwaguro (black), green, and Leave blank (white). Although a global release is scheduled for early 2024, the Indian market's pricing has not yet been revealed.
Outstanding Display & Powerful Performance
With LTPO technology, the 6.82-inch 2K Super Fluid AMOLED display on the OnePlus 12 achieves a maximum brightness of 4500nits. The display has a smooth refresh rate of 120 Hz and supports HDR Vivid, HDR 10+, and Dolby Vision. DisplayMate certified the screen with an A+, indicating exceptional colour fidelity.

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Mobile Platform from Qualcomm powers the gadget from below, increasing power efficiency and offering a 30% CPU speed increase and a 25% GPU speed boost. With LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 ROM, the smartphone is equipped with ColorOS 14, an Android 14-based operating system.
Camera Quality and Cooling System
The OnePlus 12 has an impressive triple camera arrangement on the back: a 48MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 64MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and a 50MP main sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS).
With the most recent version of its own HDR technology, the 32MP front-facing camera captures both selfies and video calls.
In response to complaints about heat accumulation after prolonged use, OnePlus asserts that the OnePlus 12 has the most sophisticated cooling mechanism of any OnePlus product.
Availability and Price
The basic edition of the OnePlus 12 will retail for 4,299 Yuan, or around Rs 50,700 when it launches on the international market in early 2024. The gadget is available from the firm in White, Rock Black, and Pale Green. The phone is anticipated to launch in India in January 2024; worldwide price information is still being withheld.
