Now select Queries to update Fastag profile.
Here you have to deactivate your account by clicking on the option of Want to Close My Fastag.

How to port Paytm FASTag to another bank

There is no direct way to port Paytm Fastag.
For this, you should call the customer care of your bank (the bank from which you want to get Fastag).
Now you have to tell the customer care that you want to switch Fastag.
After this you will have to answer some questions.
After that your Fastag will be ported to the new bank.
