A 25-year-old man named Rahul, also known as Golden, was brutally murdered in a planned attack by his 17-year-old wife, her boyfriend, and two of his pals in a startling turn of events that has left the community in shock. The horrific crime, which occurred on the Indore-Ichhapur road close to ITI College on April 12, revealed a network of treachery, deceit, and horrifying violence.
Rahul, the son of Ramchandra Pandey Kunbi Patil and a native of Shahpur, was discovered dead in the bushes after suffering 36 knife wounds. On April 13, the police were notified of the corpse, and under the direction of Burhanpur SP Devendra Patidar, investigations got on right away.
What started as an enigmatic murder soon turned into one of the most unsettling love-triangle cases in modern history. According to police sources, Rahul's wife had a covert affair with a 20-year-old Kodri Shahpur guy called Yuvraj.
Investigators claim that the murder was well planned. Rahul's wife enticed him out on the evening of April 12 by pretending it was a shopping expedition. Unaware of what lay ahead, the couple went home after eating at a nearby restaurant.
She urged Rahul to halt the bike after dropping her slipper next to a speed limiter at the ITI College. The signal was that. A short while later, Yuvraj's buddies Lalit, 20, and a young person came on a motorbike. As they pulled Rahul into the surrounding woods, his wife struck him first, knocking him out with a shattered beer bottle.
The youngster repeatedly stabbed Rahul with a sharp object as the fight intensified, and Lalit continued to inflict lethal blows. The fact that Rahul's wife video-called her boyfriend Yuvraj as the crime was taking place, showing him the body and saying that the 'Kaam ho gaya,' added to the horror of this tragedy.
The accused escaped towards Raver railway station after the murder, took a train to Itarsi, and eventually arrived in Ujjain. The fact that all four of them kept in touch via cell phones during the operation demonstrated how planned and organised the crime was.
But justice came quickly. After receiving a tip, Rahul's wife, Lalit, and the youngster were taken from Sanwer. The girl admitted, under interrogation, that she and Yuvraj had planned the murder, using her extramarital romance as justification. She also acknowledged that Yuvraj had been told ahead of time about every step.
The Burhanpur community has been rocked by this tragedy, which has sparked discussions about youthful criminality, improper use of digital communication, and the psychological effects of young marriages. Residents lament the passing of a young guy and wonder how a vicious crime like this could occur in a normal home.
