India begin their new World Test Series (WTC) 2023-25 cycle with a two-Test series against the West Indies. India won the first Test by an innings and 141 runs. Team India is now below Pakistan in the points table, which started the series with a win against Sri Lanka.

With the fourth Test being a draw, Australia's hopes of winning the Ashes remain intact. Now the decision depends on the final match.

Australia, who have retained the Ashes, are in third place, followed by England.

India will play their next series of the WTC 2023-25 cycle with South Africa after five months. The series will begin on December 26 at Centurion and the second match will be held at Newlands on January 3.
