Women's T20 Asia Cup 2026: The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) is likely to soon make an official announcement regarding the schedule and venues for the Women's T20 Asia Cup 2026. Although no formal announcement has been made yet, media reports indicate a strong possibility that the tournament will be hosted in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The ACC has informally instructed all participating nations to keep their preparations ready for the window of August 28 to September 13, 2026.

This will be the sixth T20 edition of the Women's Asia Cup. A total of eight teams will participate in the tournament, divided into two groups.

Why is the Women’s Asia Cup 2026 Schedule Delayed?

According to an ESPN Cricinfo report, the ACC has not yet announced the official match schedule, exact dates, or venues. The primary reason for this is the wait for final approval from the Asian Cricket Council's top leadership.

On July 22, 2026, the ACC sent an informal email to all eight participating teams, sharing the official logo of the Women's Asia Cup.
- Arrival Date: Teams are expected to arrive in the UAE by August 27.
- Final Match: The tournament final is proposed for September 13.
Several cricket boards have requested the ACC to release the official schedule as soon as possible so they can finalize arrangements regarding flights, hotel bookings, and logistics.
