IND vs WI: Rinku Singh entry will be in the Indian T20 team

India's Test and ODI squads for the West Indies tour have been announced. However, the team is yet to be selected for the five-match T20 International series against the Caribbean team. Rinku Singh, who looted the gathering with his stormy batting in IPL 2023, can be included in India's T20 team.
Rinku will enter in T20 team
Rinku Singh, who entertained the fans fiercely with his explosive batting in the 16th season of the Indian Premier League, seems certain to be selected in the T20 team. As per reports, the Indian selectors have made up their mind to reward Rinku for a strong performance in IPL 2023. Rinku's bat was in full swing while playing for KKR and the left-handed batsman scored 474 runs in 14 matches at a strike rate of 149.
Umesh has not dropped
A BCCI source while talking to Times of India has told that Umesh Yadav is suffering from hamstring injury and he is completing his rehab at NCA. That means Umesh has not been dropped by the selectors, rather he is not fully fit.
The doors are not closed for Pujara
Cheteshwar Pujara has been shown the way out of the Test team selected for the West Indies tour. However, according to a BCCI source, Team India's doors are not closed forever for Pujara and Umesh. He said, "If Ajinkya Rahane, who was out of the team for 15 months before the WTC final, can be made the vice-captain of the Test team, then anyone can make a comeback. The doors are not closed for any senior player."
