The coach mentioned that, in addition to his batting, Vaibhav is working hard to develop himself into an all-rounder.
Sairaj Bahutule stated during the post-match press conference:
"I think it will still take some time. He is certainly very keen on his bowling and follows his routine for it. We are trying to create as many opportunities for him as possible; however, we also have experienced players who deserve their chances. That said, he is very enthusiastic about his bowling. If he can bowl an over or two in a T20 match, it would be a great asset for the team. Behind the scenes, he is working towards this and is very serious about his bowling."

Why Bowling Improvement is Crucial for Vaibhav Sooryavanshi
In modern T20 cricket, there is a high demand not just for specialist batters, but also for players who can contribute with the ball or in the field. India already possesses several senior, established batters, making it extremely challenging for a youngster to secure a spot in the playing eleven.
If this 15-year-old can successfully deliver one or two useful overs, it would become much easier for the captain and the team management to select him. This is precisely why Vaibhav is working hard behind the scenes to sharpen his bowling skills.
