Australia U19 Squad Announced for India Tour 2026: With the aim of testing the mettle of its young players on the challenging pitches of the Indian subcontinent, Cricket Australia (CA) officially announced a 16-member Under-19 squad on August 3 for the upcoming multi-format tour of India. The squad includes the promising young player Neil Patel from New South Wales, who is currently in excellent form.
The tour will run from September 13 to October 9, 2026, featuring three 50-over One Day matches and two four-day (red-ball) matches. Rajkot and Ahmedabad will host all the fixtures of the series.

Neil Patel, a player of Indian origin who has made his mark in the New South Wales pathways program, is now among the select group of young Australians set to showcase their talent against India's formidable Under-19 team.
Former Australian coach Tim Nielsen will serve as the head coach of the team. Nielsen possesses extensive coaching experience and is known for honing the potential of young players.
