Bangladesh announces squad for T20 series against West Indies: Bangladesh cricket team is currently playing a multi-format series against West Indies. Shamim Hossain returns to the team

Players like Tauheed Hardoy, Mustafizur Rahman, Shoriful Islam and Rakibul Hasan have not got a place in the squad for the T20 series against West Indies. All-rounder Shamim Hossain has returned to the team, who played his last match in December 2023. Shamim has played 14 T20 matches so far, in which he has scored 254 runs at a strike rate of 115.98.

21-year-old bowler Ripan Mandal has also got a place in the squad, who showed a great game in the Asian Games 2023. Ripan took 4 wickets in three matches. At the same time, experienced players Soumya Sarkar, Hasan Mahmud, Afif Hussain and Nasum Ahmed have also got a place in the team.
