Kohli has played a total of 12 final matches in his career so far. During these matches, Kohli has batted in 14 innings, in which he has scored 392 runs at an average of just 32.66. Kohli has not scored a single century in 14 innings of 12 finals. While he has scored 75 centuries in 498 matches of his international career. But not a single century has come in the title match.
Century is a distant thing, only one could score fifty. Kohli scored this solitary fifty in the final of the 2014 T20 World Cup against Sri Lanka, when he scored an inning of 77 runs. But this match was also lost by the Indian team.

Kohli has played 8 ODIs, 2 T20 and 2 Test matches in 12 final matches. Both these Test matches were played under the World Test Championship only, Kohli could not score even fifty in these two Test finals. He also had a chance to score a century in 4 innings but he flopped and the Indian team also had to face defeat in both the finals.
Kohli played only once in the T20 World Cup final in 2014, when he scored 77 runs. Kohli also played the ODI World Cup final only once in 2011.
