India has won the Under-19 World Cup title four times

Talking about the Indian team, this team has so far won the most Under-19 World Cup titles four times. The Indian Under-19 team first won this title in the year 2000, then in the year 2008, 2012 and again in 2018. At the same time, in the year 2020, the Indian team reached the final in South Africa, but had to face defeat at the hands of Bangladesh and India missed out on capturing the title for the fifth time.

Apart from India, Australia has won the Under-19 World Cup title three times, Pakistan twice while Bangladesh, England, South Africa and West Indies have won these titles once each. The Under-19 World Cup was started in 1988 and has been organized 14 times till now. This tournament is organized every two years and this time it will be organized in West Indies from 14 January to 5 February. This time a total of 16 teams will participate in this tournament and 48 matches will be played.
