ODI World Cup 2023 - ICC has released the complete schedule of Cricket World Cup 2023. India is hosting the entire World Cup for the first time in cricket history. The World Cup will be held from October 5 to November 19. The much-awaited match between India and Pakistan will be held on October 15 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. While the tournament will begin on October 5 at this ground with a match between the previous winners England and the runners-up New Zealand.
The Indian team will play its first match against Australia on 8 October in Chennai. On the other hand, the Pakistan team will play its first match against the Qualifier 1 team on October 6 in Hyderabad.
The International Cricket Council (ICC) on Tuesday announced the schedule of the ODI World Cup to be held in India in October-November. The first semi-final will be played in Mumbai on 15 November and the second in Kolkata the next day. Both semi-finals will have a reserve day.
The biggest and high-voltage match of India vs Pakistan will be played at the country's largest stadium, Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) decided to organize this match in this stadium. This match will be played between India and Pakistan (India Vs Pakistan) on 15 October. The capacity of Narendra Modi Stadium is more than one lakh spectators. In such a situation, there is a possibility of the gathering of fans from the country and abroad in this match.
