New Zealand announced squads for Test series against Afghanistan and Sri Lanka
New Zealand has announced a 15-member team for the one-off Test against Afghanistan and the two-match Test series against Sri Lanka. New Zealand has included five spinners in the team for the subcontinent tour. Tim Southee will lead the Kiwi team. New Zealand has included five spinners in the form of Mitchell Santner, Ajaz Patel, Rachin Ravindra, Michael Bracewell and Glenn Phillips. At the same time, Devon Conway, Tom Latham, Kane Williamson and Daryl Mitchell will play the role of special batsmen. By the way, Will Young has been selected as an additional batting option.
The squad covers the one-off Test against @ACBofficials in India and two ICC World Test Championship against @OfficialSLC in Sri Lanka next month.

New Zealand have handed over the responsibility of fast bowling to Will O'Rourke and Ben Sears, who will go on their first overseas tour. Veteran Trent Boult has not got a place. O'Rourke and Sears made their Test debut earlier this year against South Africa and Australia respectively.
The New Zealand team will play a one-off Test against Afghanistan in Greater Noida from 9-13 September. After this, it will play a two-Test series against Sri Lanka in Galle from 18 September and 26 September.
