9 teams including India have qualified for the ICC Under-19 World Cup 2024 Super-6. ICC announced this on Saturday morning. Apart from India, Bangladesh team has so far managed to qualify from Group A. The third team will be either Ireland or USA, Ireland has better chances as it has won a match against Bangladesh. England and West Indies have qualified from Group-B, Australia and Sri Lanka from Group-C and Pakistan, New Zealand and Nepal from Group-D. A total of 12 teams have to qualify for Super-6, three teams are yet to be announced. One team each from Group A, B and C will reach Super-6.
In Super-6, 12 teams will be divided into two groups. The first group will have teams from Group A and Group D. In the second group, teams from Group-B and Group-D will be included.
Talking about the Indian team, under the leadership of Uday Saharan, India has won both the matches played so far, first Team India defeated Bangladesh by 84 runs and then Ireland by a huge margin of 201 runs. Team India's third and formal match remains against USS.

After the three matches played on January 26, the picture of Super-6 became clear to some extent. Nepal caused a major upset in the Under-19 World Cup on Friday by defeating the Afghanistan team. Whereas Bangladesh registered victory over USA. In the third match, when England faced West Indies, the Caribbean team defeated the British.
The most exciting match among these three matches was Nepal vs Afghanistan. Nepal defeated Afghanistan in a big upset. The Afghanistan team had directly qualified for the tournament, while the Nepal team had made it to the tournament through qualifiers. In this match, Afghanistan, batting first, had put 145 runs on the board, Nepal chased this score with one wicket remaining.
