Ambati Rayudu announces retirement from IPL, final match will be last IPL match
The leading batsman of Chennai Super Kings gave information about his retirement in a tweet before the final match of IPL 2023. He told that he is playing the last match for CSK today.

Chennai Super Kings (CSK) veteran batsman Ambati Rayudu has announced his retirement from IPL. Rayudu announced his retirement just before the final match against Gujarat Titans on Sunday (May 28). In a tweet, Rayudu thanked both his teams Chennai Super Kings and Mumbai Indians. Rayudu also said that this time he will not change his decision.
2 great teams mi nd csk,204 matches,14 seasons,11 playoffs,8 finals,5 trophies.hopefully 6th tonight. It’s been quite a journey.I have decided that tonight’s final is going to be my last game in the Ipl.i truly hav enjoyed playing this great tournament.Thank u all. No u turn ??

Ambati Rayudu of Chennai Super Kings has got the chance to lift the IPL trophy five times. He was a member of the Mumbai Indians team that won the title in 2013, 2015 and 2017. Apart from this, when Chennai Super Kings became the winner in 2018 and 2021, he was with Dhoni.
