Today, ahead of the SRH vs RR Eliminator match, wrestler Drew McIntyre shared a video in which he is seen sporting Vaibhav's jersey.
WWE wrestler Drew McIntyre is a massive cricket fan and a staunch supporter of Team India. During the 2023 ODI World Cup, he shared a video of himself wearing the Indian team's jersey to show his support for the squad. During the 2026 IPL season, he also shared a video wearing Jasprit Bumrah's jersey; and now, he has shared a video wearing the jersey of 15-year-old player Vaibhav Suryavanshi.
In this video, Drew McIntyre can be seen working out in a gym. He is wearing a Rajasthan Royals jersey bearing Vaibhav Suryavanshi's name. When Rajasthan inducted Vaibhav into their squad, he was merely 13 years old. Since then, he has become the youngest batsman to play in the IPL, having made his debut at the age of 14. In his very first season, Vaibhav created history by smashing a century in just 35 balls. This stands as the fastest century ever scored by an Indian batsman in the history of the IPL.
Today, the Eliminator match between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Rajasthan Royals will be played at the Mullanpur Stadium. The winning team will face Gujarat Titans in Qualifier 2, while the losing team will be knocked out of the tournament. So far this season, the two teams have faced each other twice, and on both occasions, SRH emerged victorious. The only century Vaibhav has scored this season came against Hyderabad.

Vaibhav Suryavanshi has scored a total of 583 runs across 14 league-stage matches, including one century and three half-centuries. He has become the Indian batsman with the most sixes in a single season, and his sights are now set on Chris Gayle's record. Gayle hit 59 sixes in 2012, and since then, the record for the most sixes in a single season has remained in his name. Vaibhav is now extremely close to breaking this record of Gayle's.
