10. Crescent Bay T5, (Mumbai)

Crescent Bay is a residential project in Parel, Mumbai. It has been developed by L&T Realty in collaboration with Omkar. It is spread over 5.5 acres and is a gated complex of six residential towers with a maximum height of 233 metres. The entire township in one tower has approximately 60 floors and 1282 apartments.

The area of the apartments ranges from 8,000 sq ft to 14,000 sq ft. There are a total of 10 elevators in the building which can run at a maximum speed of 7 m/s.
