Crescent Bay is a residential project in Parel, Mumbai. It has been developed by L&T Realty in collaboration with Omkar. It is spread over 5.5 acres and is a gated complex of six residential towers with a maximum height of 233 metres. The entire township in one tower has approximately 60 floors and 1282 apartments.
The configurations of the apartments are 2, 3 and 4BHK and the area of the apartments ranges from 63 sq m to 250 sq m.
