Union Sportive Boulogne Côte d'Opale is a football club based in the French city of Boulogne-sur-Mer. Founded in 1898, the club currently plays in 'Ligue 2', the second tier of French football. It was promoted from the 'Championnat National' following the relegation of AC Ajaccio due to financial reasons at the end of the 2024-25 season.

Established in 1898, the club has not achieved major honors; its most significant successes to date include reaching the semi-finals of the 'Coupe de France' in the 1936-37 season and playing a single season in 'Ligue 1' during 2009-10. Boulogne plays its home matches at the 'Stade de la Libération', which has a seating capacity of 15,004; prior to its renovation in 2007, the stadium could accommodate only 7,000 spectators.
