About Inter Milan:
'Football Club Internazionale Milano'—commonly referred to as 'Internazionale' or simply 'Inter', and known as 'Inter Milan' in English-speaking countries—is a professional football club based in the city of Milan, in the Lombardy region of Italy. 'Inter' is the only team to have remained continuously in the top division of Italian football (now known as 'Serie A'); since its debut in 1909, it has never been relegated to 'Serie B'. Since 1947, 'Inter' has shared Italy's largest stadium, the 'San Siro', with 'AC Milan'. Matches between these two teams are known as the 'Derby della Madonnina' and represent one of the most prominent football rivalries in the world.
