
Deportes Concepción is a football club based in the city of Concepción, in Chile's Biobío region. As of 2025, they compete in 'Primera B de Chile,' the second tier of the Chilean league system.
The club was founded in 1966 through the merger of several amateur clubs, such as Galvarino, Liverpool, Juvenil Unido, Santa Fe, and Club Lord Cochrane. It is one of the most popular clubs in Chile's Region VIII. Their main rival is Fernández Vial—with whom they contest the "Clásico Penquista"—and Huachipato is another rival. The club plays its home matches at the Estadio Ester Roa in Concepción, Chile, which has a seating capacity of 30,448.
