The Chicago Stars Football Club is an American professional soccer team based in the Chicago metropolitan area that competes in the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL). The Chicago Stars were one of the founding members of the Women Professional Soccer (WPS) league, operating under the name "Chicago Red Stars." They have been playing in the NWSL since 2013. The Stars play their home matches at Martin Stadium. They have reached the NWSL Championship twice—in 2019 and 2021.
