The entertaining and lively chinaman had a start-stop international career. Dave Mohammed was drafted into the West Indies’ Test squad in 2001 but had to wait until December 2003 to make his Test debut against South Africa.

Dave was the only bright spot for the Windies, in an otherwise lethargic bowling line-up. Post that, he was out of the team till 2006. He was recalled for the 1st Test against India in West Indies.
