Immediately upon falling, Hasan Ali began writhing in pain and instinctively clutched his head. Recognizing the severity of the situation, his Pakistani teammates and the Bangladeshi umpires immediately signaled for the medical team. The physio rushed onto the field to examine him, but the pain was so intense that Hasan Ali was unable to stand up on his own.

Hasan Ali underwent a concussion test and received preliminary medical attention, following which he was cleared as fit. In the 15th over of the match, Hasan Ali stepped back onto the field, allowing the Pakistani camp to breathe a collective sigh of relief. Moreover, just a few overs later, he appeared fully fit to resume bowling. His fighting spirit has truly won the hearts of fans across social media.
