T20 World Cup 2024: Sale of tickets for India two matches starts from Thursday

T20 World Cup 2024 Tickets: ICC said fans can now be a part of the World Cup by purchasing additional limited tickets for six matches at the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York.

Additional tickets for the six T20 World Cup (T20 World Cup 2024) matches to be held in New York, including India's matches against Ireland and USA, will be available on sale from Thursday. India, who play all their group matches in the US, will begin their campaign in the tournament with a match against Ireland on June 5 before taking on the hosts on June 12.

India vs Ireland on 5th June and USA vs India on 12th June are also included. Cricket's apex body said limited tickets will also be available for all four matches at the Grand Prairie Cricket Stadium in Texas, including the World Cup opening match between the US and Canada on June 1.

India vs Pakistan will clash in this stadium

60 days before the start of the tournament, a second timelapse video was also released, showing progress in the construction of the 34,000-seat modular Nassau County International Cricket Stadium. The venue will host eight matches, including the big match between India and Pakistan on June 9. The T20 World Cup will begin on June 1 with the match between USA and Canada while the final will be played in Barbados on June 29.

When will India's T20 World Cup 2024 squad be announced?

India's 15-member squad for the upcoming T20 World Cup to be held in the United States and West Indies is likely to be selected in the last week of April as the deadline for submitting squads by the International Cricket Council (ICC) is May 1. Players participating in the tournament will have until May 25 to make changes to their starting team.
