He has eight wickets to his name so far in T20, whereas in ODI he has not been able to take any wicket yet. Wood was part of the Peshawar Zalmi team captained by Babar Azam in the recently concluded Pakistan Super League.
Mumbai team's two other foreign bowlers, Dilshan Madushanka and Gerald Coetzee, are also injured and are doubtful for their team's IPL 2024 opener against Gujarat Titans on March 24.
