Fans said there are definitely two MI teams

A video showed Mumbai Indians skipper Hardik Pandya and Rohit Sharma cuddling up before Sunday's game at Wankhede Stadium against the Delhi Capitals. The two appeared to be having a nice time together after MI won their first IPL 2024 game. However, following their tweets following the 29-run victory over Rishabh Pant's team at home, supporters began to conjecture once more about a fracture inside the MI squad.

Mumbai ended their disappointing IPL 2024 season with a dominant victory against Delhi on Sunday, after losing their first three games. As MI amassed 234 for five, Romario Shepherd displayed his raw power by smashing 39 runs in only 10 balls, including 32 in the penultimate over against Anrich Nortje. Rohit played a vital role up the top, striking 49 off 27 while putting together an 80-run opening stand.

Delhi managed to survive the massive chase because of Prithi Shaw's 66 off 40 and Tristan Stubbs' explosive 25-ball 71. Gerald Coetzee, however, ended their aspirations with a 4 for 34, limiting Delhi to 205 for eight.

After the significant victory, Hardik tweeted, 'We're up and running,' along with some images from the game against DC. Rohit followed suit, captioning it 'Off the mark.'

Though Hardik's tweet featured a photo of Rohit during his 80-run opening partnership with Ishan Kishan, astute supporters pointed out that the former MI captain's tweet lacked the photo of the current captain. And that led to new rumours of a divide in the MI dressing room spreading among fans. These are a handful of the tweets.
