Ollie Robinson Ruled Out Due to Injury: Hosts England have suffered a major blow ahead of the second Test against New Zealand (New Zealand tour of England), starting on June 17 at The Oval. Fast bowler Ollie Robinson, who played a pivotal role in the team's victory at Lord's with his brilliant bowling, has been ruled out of the second Test due to a knee injury.

Robinson experienced knee pain during training, prompting the ECB medical team to decide to rest him rather than take any risks. However, the team management remains hopeful that he will be fit in time for the third Test, scheduled to begin on June 25 in Nottingham. Robinson had previously won the 'Player of the Match' award after claiming seven wickets in the last game.

Injury Woes Deepen for England Ahead of The Oval Test

With captain Ben Stokes and Gus Atkinson already sidelined, Robinson's absence further weakens England's fast-bowling attack. The responsibility of the bowling unit will now rest on the shoulders of Jofra Archer, Matthew Fisher, and Sonny Baker.
