Ahmedabad's Veer Savarkar Sports Complex is a world-class, multi-sport megastructure built to Olympic standards. Spanning 21 acres (82,507 square meters) in Naranpura, this architecturally magnificent complex was constructed by the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) at a cost of ₹825 crore and was officially inaugurated in September 2025. The facility currently serves as a key hub for India's major international sports bids (such as the upcoming 2030 Commonwealth Games and the 2036 Olympics). It also hosts international events like the BRICS Traditional and Indigenous Demonstration Games 2026.
