Gujarat Giants would expect a good performance from Sneh Rana. Gujarat had placed a bid of Rs 75 lakh on Sneh in the women's IPL auction.
Mumbai is also ready: On the other hand, Harmanpreet was bought by Mumbai for 1.8 crores and his aim will be to lead his team to victory. Heading into the limelight will be England's Natalie Sciver, who will be expected to continue her dominance. Meanwhile, India's all-rounder Pooja Vastrakar can play a big role for Mumbai. There is a possibility of a close contest between both the teams.
Stars will shine: Adding to the glitz and glamor at the tournament opener will be Bollywood stars, including Kiara Advani and Kriti Sanon. In a first, singer-songwriter AP Dhillon will perform on stage some of his musical chartbusters, WPL said in a statement.
